I am a researcher, policy analyst and advocacy specialist with experience advancing rights-based, community-led solutions to today’s most complex policy and political challenges.
I work with government, academic and community partners to develop evidence-based solutions which advance the rights and dignity of all communities.
My work translates rigorous analysis, community collaboration, political awareness and frontline insight into high-impact interventions. I use an approach that is person-centred, trauma-informed and grounded in participatory-action ethics that put communities and marginalised voices at the centre of decision-making.

I'm a mixed-methods researcher, policy analyst and advocacy specialist with experience across frontline service delivery, academic research, political advocacy and multilateral negotiations. My work centres equity-deserving communities and blends lived experience, rigorous evidence and strategic partnerships to create actionable policy solutions that advance the rights, dignity and prosperity of communities locally and globally.
Notable achievements include:
Leading an interdisciplinary research team to develop the UK’s mental health and psychosocial support strategy (MHPSS) and securing commitments from the ICRC to integrate MHPSS services into humanitarian operations.
Negotiated integrated policy and investment packages at the G7, advancing the global COVID-19 recovery and recommit governments to Universal Health Coverage, food security, and sexual and reproductive health and rights.
Developing capacity building programmes for refugee-led organisations, improving research, public affairs and project management capacity, leading to successful campaigns on homelessness, health and educational needs.
Looking Ahead
I am seeking research and policy opportunities across global migration, refugee rights and resettlement; humanitarian technology; conflict-related sexual violence; gender equality and queer rights; and global governance of AI and advanced digital technologies.
